Warranty work is alway free, we make phone calls and provide necessary parts and repairs. Most importantly, after your warranty ends, we’ll keep things running with affordable professional repair rates that stay below industry standards.
Please note: we exclusively repair e-bikes purchased directly from our showroom. Due to insurance and liability standards, we cannot offer repairs for e-bikes bought online or from other retailers. By focusing only on the ebikes we sell, we make sure our riders commuting through Metro Detroit Counties (Oakland, Macomb, Livingston, Washtenaw, Genesee… cruising the Thumb region, or exploring Southeast-Michigan trails and beyond always have a dedicated, reliable shop to turn to.
